Ordering Samples
As all our items are made to order, we charge the unit cost per item, plus £1.50 per order for postage and packing to UK destinations, overseas addresses at cost.
Once you place an order we will deduct the unit cost of the sample when the corresponding item is ordered.
How to Order
To save time simply email us at samples@paperorchiddesigns.co.uk with your requirements or contact us by phone on 0845 2607797. Alternatively, download our Printable Sample Form and send it by post. We aim to send out samples within five days of receiving an order, but at busy times this may be longer.
Payment
You can pay online using Nochex which is similar to Paypal (you do not have to have a Nochex account to pay, simply use your debit or credit card). When we receive your ordering email we will send you a payment request email, enabling you to pay securely.
