When should I order my stationery?
It is customary to send invitations between 8 and 12 weeks before the wedding date. (Note that this will be longer for weddings overseas or for guests travelling from afar) Therefore we advise that you should order your stationery at least 5 months before the wedding. This will allow enough time to receive and check proofs, produce your order and for you to write and send out the invitations.
How many of each item should I order?
We suggest the following:
Invitations and Reply cards: one per household.
Thank You cards: one per household plus extra for other people involved E.g. florist / hairdresser / organist etc.
Order of Service: one per guest or one per couple plus extra for choir / organist / musicians / clergy.
Menus: one per 6 to 10 guests depending on your table size and arrangement.
Place cards: one per guest.
Favours: these can be given to every guest or just to female guests. Alternatively different favours can be given to male, female guests and any children.
How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen a design, you can order by email / phone or print out and complete an order form, making sure that all details are entered carefully and all customisation requirements and comments are filled out. We require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering which becomes non-refundable once signed proofs are sent back. We will confirm receipt and pricing of your order by email or phone as soon as possible and will usually send out your proofs within 2 weeks. Please read our Terms and Conditions
How long will my order take?
We quote a production time of 6 to 8 weeks for your order from the time we receive signed proofs back from you. However, if your order is urgent please ask and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Do you have a minimum order value?
No you can order as much or as little as you wish, however for orders under £100 we ask for full payment at the time of ordering.
What if I want to change one of the items in the range?
We will be happy to work with you on this - our aim is to create the perfect stationery and accessories for your day. You can use the 'Other Comments' section on the form to explain exactly what you require or contact us by email or phone.
I don't have all the details for all the items, should I still order them now?
Yes, we recommend that you order all your stationery at the same time as this will ensure continuity and availablity of stock. We are happy to send the invitations ahead of other items, however please note that this will affect postage and packing costs.
I have my own ideas for Favours - can you do this?
We are happy to work with you on any ideas for accessories that you may have. Simply use the other comment/customisation spaces on the order form or get in touch with us.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept cheques, direct bank transfer (please call to arrange) and postal orders. Please see the order form for more details.
Will you include extra envelopes in case I make a mistake addressing them?
Yes we include 1 extra envelope per 10 invitations ordered, there is no charge for this.
Can you address the envelopes for me?
Yes, this is one of the extra options we offer please click on the 'Options' page (above) to see details of our extra services.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We work hard to ensure that your stationery and accessories are simply perfect. In the rare event that there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us by email or phone as soon as possible. This will allow us to resolve the situation and ensure your complete satisfaction with your order.
